## Telegram Alerts [#telegram-alerts]

Setup privately prompts for your bot token. Connect your DM with a one-time code in Telegram, then confirm the test message. No chat ID lookup is needed. `--chat-id` remains available for groups.

* Combine exchange feeds and timed steps in one Python script.
* Read the triggering market timestamp through `ctx.timestamp_ms`.
* Tokens stay in the daemon's credentials directory. Alerts do not require trading permissions.
* Bounded queues and persisted attempt cooldowns prevent notification floods. Delivery results appear in run history.
* Analysis and backtests simulate alerts; no Telegram messages are sent.
