Market Lab v0.1.94

Telegram alerts from Python scripts, including multi-exchange conditions.

Telegram Alerts

mlab alert setup
mlab script run examples/alerts/telegram-smoke.py --duration 30

Setup privately prompts for your bot token. Connect your DM with a one-time code in Telegram, then confirm the test message. No chat ID lookup is needed. --chat-id remains available for groups.

ctx.alert({
    "source": "telegram",
    "key": "btc-breakout",
    "message": "BTC breakout confirmed",
    "cooldown_seconds": 60,
})
  • Combine exchange feeds and timed steps in one Python script.
  • Read the triggering market timestamp through ctx.timestamp_ms.
  • Tokens stay in the daemon's credentials directory. Alerts do not require trading permissions.
  • Bounded queues and persisted attempt cooldowns prevent notification floods. Delivery results appear in run history.
  • Analysis and backtests simulate alerts; no Telegram messages are sent.

Includes smoke, price-crossing and Bulk/Hyperliquid sequence examples. Setup and inputs.
