Added a Linux sandbox that blocks direct network access, unrelated files, and child processes, with enforced memory limits.
Added mlab script precheck to validate scripts using simulated orders before deployment.
Changed scripts or parameters require another successful precheck. The sandbox stays active during live execution.

Normal local Python usage is unchanged. Server setup and the command are covered in Runtime Safety.
