Separate runtimes, one server

You can now run a separate Market Lab runtime for each user on the same server. Each gets its own Docker container, credentials, jobs, and logs. One runtime can run multiple strategies.

• Set CPU, memory, and process/thread limits for each runtime.
• Keep credentials, market snapshots, reports, and artifacts in the selected MLAB_HOME.
• Prevent one runtime from accidentally stopping or replacing another user's container.

Your existing setup stays the same unless you choose a separate runtime home. No extra CLI installation is needed.
